Joanna Crow

Founder & Company Director

Creative and strategic in equal measure, our founder brings fresh ideas to every project. Joanna is an experienced Film & Television Drama Producer, delivering primetime critically-acclaimed shows that include psychological thriller ‘Chloe’ (starring Erin Doherty), Rapman’s Bafta-nominated ‘Supacell’ and Agatha Christie’s ‘Seven Dials’. Having worked for many years as a 1st AD (The Great, Devs, Giri-Haji, Sanidton) before moving into Series Producing, she combines a wealth of practical filmmaking knowledge with Creative storytelling passion and skills (NFTS graduate)

Ian Hogan

Head Of Production

In a successful freelance career, Ian has line produced or co-produced a wide and varied range of HETV television series including the award winning Netflix series Black Mirror, Britannia, Downton Abbey, Sanditon and Emily Mortimer's adaptation of The Pursuit of Love. He was also the producer on six episodes of the returning Masterpiece period drama series Sanditon and he produced the Black Museum episode of Black Mirror.

Gemma Wright

Development Producer

Gemma has 23 years’ experience in the HETV and Film industry. Her credits as an AD include Broadchurch, Black Mirror, The Salisbury Poisonings, Poldark and Sanditon, with film credits including Charlies Angels and Oscar winning film Judy (starring Renée Zellweger). She has more recently made the move into development and producing after two and a half years assisting Stephen Merchant making The Outlaws for the BBC. Having developed new projects for Rope Ladder Fiction, Gemma went on to Produce on Waterloo Road. She is the Producer of two award winning short films, and is an Edinburgh TV Ones to Watch Alumni.

 

Finbar Hawkins

Executive Producer

Finbar is a BAFTA and Emmy-nominated creative director and script-writer, previously working for Aardman on several Wallace and Gromit productions. Fin is working with Panache on the dramatisation of his novel Witch
